Amigurumi The Nutcracker Lead Soldier Free Crochet Pattern: Craft Your Own Charming Character!

Materials:

Any yarn that is comfortable for you, the same thickness. Most of all goes red

and white flowers, the rest a little bit. Necessary colors: red, white,

fleshly, black, yellow, purple, brown. Hook for the selected

yarn.

In my case, Ethamine 30g / 180m (red) and forked jeans were used

YarnArt (50g / 160m). Hook number 0.9.

Natalya – Children’s novelty from Pekhorka, Baby from Vita, yellow – Dream

(Trinity). Hook number 2

For design you will also need: foam rubber (4 cm thick in my case),

a little holofiber, thick cardboard, black floss, needle, maybe

the use of plastics, beads.

Abbreviations:

Ch – chain

Sl-st – slip-stitch

Sc – single crochet

Dc – double crochet

İnc – increase (2 columns with 1 loop)

Dec – decrease (knit 2 or 3 loops together)

HDC- half double crochet

PATTERN

BODY:

Watch your knitting carefully. If you notice that the canvas anyway

moves, make an additional column for alignment.

White yarn: dial 24 ch

1 row: 1 inc, 21 sc, 4 sc in 1 loop, 21 sc, 1 inc = 50

2 row: 1 sc, 1 inc, 21 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc, 1 inc, 21 sc, 1 inc, 1 sc = 54

3 row: 2 sc, 1 inc, 21 sc, 1 inc, 4 sc, 1 inc, 21 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc = 58

Circle the part on thick cardboard or plastic and cut. This item later

inserted into the body for strength.

9 row: 78 sc for the back half loop = 78, 1 sl-st

Change thread to red. Then knit in circular rows, but with a loop

lifting to reduce blade movement.

10-14 rows: 78 sc

Change thread to yellow.

15-17 rows: 78 sc

Count 13 sc, attach black thread, knit

1 row: 13 sc black yarn for the back half loop, 1 ch, inc

2 row: 13 sc, 1 ch, inc

3 row: 13 sc, 1 ch, inc

4th row: 13 sc. Break the thread.

The part should be in the front center.

Back to knitting the body.

Change thread to red.

18 row: 13 sc red, see black, 21 sc (3 sc on the side of the black part, 2

sc on the corner, 11 sc on the long side, 2 sc on the corner, 3 sc on the side

side), see red on, 52 sc = 86

19 row: 13 sc (red), 21 sc (black), 52 sc (red) = 86

20-34 rows: repeat row 19.

Attach the black thread to row 34, counting 17 loops from the beginning of the row.

Knit:

1 row: 13 sc black yarn for the front half loop, 1 ch, inc

2 row: 13 sc, 1 ch, inc

3 row: 13 sc, 1 ch, inc

4th row: 13 sc. Break the thread.

Sew the sides of the part to the 4 black stitches left on each side.

Back to knitting the body.

Change thread to white.

35 row: 7 sc (white), 25 sc (beige), 46 sc (white) = 78

36-53 rows: repeat the 35 row

54-55 rows: 78 sc white

Shape and circle on paper. Mark the notch for the mouth.

Cut a piece of foam into the shape of the body, cut a recess for the mouth.

You can put a piece cut out of cardboard or plastic inside, you can even

stick, then foam. Well spread it inside. If desired, you can

stick cardboard or plastic inside the part around the mouth so that it holds

form.

Insert the cut part for density.

15 row: 24 sc for the front half loop

Then we knit in rotary rows, do not do 1 ch for lifting

16 row: 17 sc, 1 sl-st inc

Embroider a “septum” of teeth with a thread

BUTTONS (8 pcs)

6 sc in the ring with yellow thread, 1 sl-st. Break the thread, leave a little for

sewing on. The part can be glued or use half beads and sequins

instead of this.

Sew arms / legs to the body, sew hem and buckle. Sew the curls

pairwise lower part at the level of 35 rows.

Sew on your eyes. Embroider bangs. Sew a nose, embroider eyebrows.

Sew teeth. They can, as in my version, be molded from plastic and glued.

Hat a little stuffed and sewn. Sew a feather and a bead. Yellow yarn

to embroider a loop on boots. Glue or sew buttons on the sides: one

below the belt and three above.
