Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs

Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly butter one side of each bread slice or spray with cooking spray.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, add the shredded cheese and cooked bacon or ham if using.
- Carefully crack one egg onto the cheese layer, trying to keep the yolk intact.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden and the egg is cooked to your liking.
