Air Fryer Chicken Recipe – Crispy and Healthy

Air frying has become increasingly popular as a healthy cooking method in recent years. Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and olive oil.
  5. Dip the chicken slices into the egg mixture, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the chicken slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it.
  7. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
