Pull the loop longer, pass through the piece and tighten, securing the yarn. Do not cut the yarn, there will be another round of crochet together with the inner part of the wing.

DEC DEC

3 SC in 1 stitch

DEC

4 SC in 1 stitch

Inner part of the wing (beige) 2 pieces:

Work rows back and forth. Turn after each row, starting each subsequent row from the second stitch from the hook (the loop on the hook does not count).

Row 1: Chain 10, turn.

Row 2: 9 SC, CH.

Row 3: INC, 3 SC, CH (incomplete row).

Row 8: 7 SC, CH.

Row 9: INC, 6 SC, 8 CH.

Row 10: 14 SC.

Where you stopped, it is now the beginning of the row, continue crocheting in the round, crocheting around the wing. Crochet SC, making decreases between the feathers, on the ends of the feathers crochet 4 SC in 1 stitch, in the corners crochet 3 SC in 1 stitch. Finish the round with a slip stitch, cut the yarn. ATTENTION: On one wing, crochet the round as a continuation of the row, on the second one make a chain stitch,Turn and repeat the process in the opposite direction, starting each subsequent row from the second stitch of the crochet hook (the loop on the hook does not count).

4 SC in 1 stitch

3 SC in 1 stitch

DEC

Turn the dark-colored coat towards yourself (the seam will now go in another direction), place the inner wings, and make another round of SC stitches. Be careful when sewing, connecting the light inner parts to the dark coat, stitch through both fabrics with stitches, so loop the light details, it’s better to match the tips of the feathers. Make loop-throughs throughout the entire coat, attaching light wing details to the body as needed (tuck the thread ends inside).

Make 2 INC in each feather tip;

Between the feathers, instead of 1 SL ST, stitch 1 SC around the loop at the very bottom point;

Make 1 DEC at the transition from wing to body;

Stitch 3 SC in 1 stitch at the tail tip.

Cut the thread, leaving a long end to sew the tail end.

Attach the coat to the body, sewing the tail end and wings to the body (where they are joined), passing the thread through the body in those areas. It’s better to sew the neck part to the head (at the very bottom) so that the beige color doesn’t show.

Then sew the inner wing details to the body with beige thread, making the stitches slightly deeper so that the wings don’t turn outward.

Paws (brown) 2 pieces:

Make a chain of 4 ch (the loop on the hook does not count).

1st row: Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook, 2 SC, 5 HDC in one loop (this should be the last loop from the chain), continue around: SC, INC (this should also be the last loop from the chain where you started the row) = 10

2nd row: INC, (SL ST, INC HDC)*3, SL ST, 2 INC = 16

3rd row: INC, SC, (SL ST, 2 INC HDC)*3, SL ST, 2 SC, 2 INC = 25

4th row: 3 SC, (SL ST, 2 DEC HDC)*3, SL ST, 6 SC = 19

5th row: 3 SC, (SL ST, DEC HDC)*3, SL ST, 6 SC = 16

6th row: (DEC, 2 SC)*4 = 12 SC

Cut the thread, leaving a long end for sewing, secure it.

Stuff the paws and sew them to the bottom center of the body.

Spots (brown) 2 pieces:

Make a chain of 5 ch (the loop on the hook does not count).

3rd row: (2 SC, INC)*6 = 24 SC

4th row: (INC, 3 SC)*6 = 30 SC

Cut the thread, leaving an end for sewing, secure it.

1st row: Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook, 3 SC, 4 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain), continue around: 2 SC, 3 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain where you started the row) = 12 SC

2nd row: INC, 3 SC, 3 INC, 3 SC, 2 INC = 18 SC

Sew closer to the upper part of the face, so that the upper outer part of the spot covers the first dark row of the head. There should be space between the spots for the beak (about 1 cm).

Beak (orange):

Lower part:

1st row: 4 SC in magic ring

2nd row: (INC, SC)*2 = 6 SC

3rd row: 2 SL ST, SC, 2 HDC, SC = 6

4th row: (2 SC, INC)*2 = 8 SC

5th row: 2 SL ST, 2 SC, 2 HDC, SC, SL ST = 8

Cut the thread, leaving an end for sewing, secure it.

Upper part:

1st row: 4 SC in magic ring

2nd row: (INC, SC)*2 = 6 SC

3rd row: 2 SL ST, SC, 2 HDC, SC = 6

4th row: (2 SC, INC)*2 = 8 SC

5th row: 2 SL ST, 2 SC, 2 HDC, 2 SC = 8 SC

6th row: 3 SC, INC, 2 SC, INC, SC = 10 SC

7th row: SC, 2 SL ST, 3 SC, 2 HDC, 2 SC = 10 SC

8th row: 10 SC, SL ST

Cut the thread, leaving an end for sewing, secure it.

Sew approximately in the middle between the spots (the upper part may overlap the spots, but only on the very edge).

Eyes (white) 2 pieces:

For the eyes, use a smoother, less textured yarn, the same crochet hook.

Make a chain of 4 ch (the loop on the hook does not count).

3rd row: 16 SC, SL ST

Cut the thread, leaving an end for sewing, secure it. Sew the eyes on top of the spots, slightly offset from the beak and approximately in the middle vertically.

1st row: Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook, 2 SC, 4 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain), continue around: SC, 3 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain where you started the row) = 10 SC

Eyelids (dark brown) 2 pairs:

For the eyelids, divide the thread in half lengthwise, use a thin crochet hook.

Lower:

Make a chain of 5 ch (the loop on the hook does not count). Make SL ST, cut the thread, leaving an end for sewing, secure it.

Upper:

Make a chain of 5 ch (the loop on the hook does not count).

1st row: Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook, INC, 2 SC, 5 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain), continue around: 2 SC, 3 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain where you started the row) = 14

1st row: Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook, 3 INC, 5 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain), continue around: 2 SC, 3 SC in one loop (the last loop from the chain where you started the row) = 16

Shape the eyelids when sewing (you may need to stretch them slightly).

Sew the eyebrows to the edge of the head.

THE OWL IS READY!
